Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellations Within 24 Hours: If you cancel within 24 hours of your booked class, you’ll be charged the full class price or lose one session from your block booking. Rescheduling Your Class: You can reschedule twice per booking, but after that, your class will be forfeited. You’re welcome to reschedule your class, but we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your session. No-Shows: If you don’t attend your class and haven’t let us know, the full class price will be charged, or one session from your block booking will be deducted. By booking a class, you’re agreeing to these terms – we really appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to see you on the mat/reformer!
